Glacier National Park, Montana

At the time of my visit, which was at the end of June, they had yet to finish clearing it, and there was no communication between the two park entrances. I used the east entrance, where only the first twelve miles were open. Then, I walked eight and a half miles up through the beautiful “Road to the Sun” and another eight and a half miles to return.

I also found unknown animals in this fantastic world, such as large ground squirrels, hoary marmots, and big-horned sheep. Each of these encounters surprised me and allowed me to investigate and learn.
